1. Needle throttle valve

Needle type throttle valve is mainly used for wellhead oil (gas) tree equipment;

With opening indicator and safety locking pressure relief device;

Add safety relief valve: before disassembling the valve cap, the valve chamber pressure should be discharged through the safety relief valve, and the valve cap can only be removed after the safety relief valve is removed, so as to ensure the safety of operation and personnel;

JFK needle type adjustable throttle valve and jfG fixed throttle valve can be interchanged with the same specifications.

2. Cylinder throttle valve

It is usually used in choke and kill manifold to control casing pressure during drilling;

3. Orifice plate throttle valve

The valve is used for drilling, fracturing, mud circulation and high-pressure gas injection and gas production pipe on the ground. The remarkable feature of the valve is that when it is closed, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet can make the two orifice plates tightly pressed together and realize the function of sealing and cutting off. Zero sealing is realized;

In case of sudden pressure rise or sudden pressure drop caused by leakage, it can be automatically closed and cut off by preset pressure signal value of high and low pressure sensors;

The orifice plate throttle valve adopts the upper and lower valve plates with holes. The opening of the valve plate is changed by hand wheel rotation to control the change of flow rate. The orifice plate is made of cemented carbide to enhance its wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The orifice plate throttle valve can be used as a shut-off valve;

The throttle characteristic curve is smooth;

The inner hole at the outlet end of the orifice plate throttle valve adopts the structure of lengthening wear sleeve to improve its service life;

The outlet of orifice plate throttle valve adopts replaceable change-over flange structure, which can be changed according to different pressure conditions;

4. Cage type throttle valve

The flow rate and direction of the fluid are changed by the cage structure with holes, and the fluid moves along the middle line of the cage by using the principle of fluid mechanics;

The throttling element is made of tungsten carbide with wide throttling range, low noise and high impact resistance;

Adopt metal to metal seal, easy to maintain;

The annular space is helpful to reduce the corrosion of valve body;

It has the advantages of small switching torque, stable operation, convenient and fast flow adjustment of throttle valve, smooth throttle characteristic curve, good chemical stability and corrosion resistance of various media by using special sealing element to seal the valve stem;
