How to prevent the safety problems of integral lifting flange construction?
Integral raised flange is a kind of flange connection. It is also a neck butt welded steel pipe flange. Materials are carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc. In various domestic standards, intermediate frequency is used to represent integral flange. They are mainly used in pipes with high pressure. The production process is usually casting.
In flange type, "intermediate frequency" is used to indicate the type of integral flange. Generally speaking, it is a convex surface. In case of inflammable, explosive and highly dangerous working conditions, the sealing surface of convex concave surface (MFM) and tenon and groove surface (TG) can be selected instead of RF surface.
Integral safety of raised flange
1. During the construction and repair process of integral lifting flange, the workshop technicians shall be present.
2. The labor protection appliances, construction tools and workplace of construction personnel shall be free from oil pollution, and secondary pollution shall be prevented. Buffer bolts shall be degreased.
3. The degreasing place should be ventilated, clean and free of rain and dust.
4. After degreasing, remove the surface solvent until there is no residual liquid and smell, and wrap it with clean oil-free plastic cloth for future use.
5. Cotton yarn should not be used for scrubbing degreased parts. After degreasing, silk and glass fiber fabrics containing fibers that are not easy to fall off should be carefully inspected. There should be no fiber adhesion on the surface of degreased parts.
6. The disconnected flange shall be constructed continuously until the completion, and the construction personnel shall not leave the site during the construction.
7. During the construction of integral lifting flange, attention should be paid to the protection of opening flange opening, and no foreign matter is allowed to enter; if there is any foreign matter falling in, contact and take measures in time.
8. All tools used shall be clean and oil-free, and the equipment for cleaning flange surface shall be degreased.
9. All flanges shall be tightened twice or three times, and the clearance between flange faces shall be measured with caliper. The dimension deviation of symmetry point shall be less than 0.2mm to ensure no leakage after loading.
10. Jumpers on all flanges shall be fully configured to ensure reliable contact.
