What is integral raised flange?
An integral raised flange connecting the pipe to the pipe is connected to the pipe end. There are holes in the flange, and the bolts connect the two flanges tightly. The flange is sealed with gasket. Flanged fittings are flanged fittings (flanges or adapters). It can be made of cast iron or threaded or welded. The flange joint consists of a pair of flanges, a washer and several bolts and nuts. The gasket is placed between the sealing surfaces of two flanges. It is mainly used in pipes with high pressure. The production process is usually casting.

In addition, the integral raised flange is more reliable than the common form of reinforcing plate and connecting pipe, because there are few additional welds, but the cost is relatively high. Under high pressure, for small size flange, if using common nozzle, the calculation of pipe wall may not pass, and integral flange is also considered.
2. Integral raised flange is suitable for small size flange. Some customers like to use integral flanges for flanges below 3 "because these flanges are usually connected to instruments and instruments, which can enhance the strength of the pipe wall.
